Keizoku Event – A Fun Judo Experience for Young Judoka!
Keizoku is the perfect first step outside of the club environment for young judoka to connect with friends from other clubs, try new challenges, and enjoy being part of the JudoScotland community!
Event Details:
🥋When?
Saturday, 23rd November
9:30-10am: Registration
10am: Start Time
12noon: Expected Finish
🥋Where?
Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, on the indoor running track. Once you enter, turn left at reception and follow the signs to registration.
🥋What to Expect:
- Warm-Up & Group Fun: We’ll start with a group warm-up to get everyone ready.
- Judo Practice & New Moves: Judoka will split into groups to practice their judo skills and maybe learn something new.
- Games & Prizes: Between activities, there will be physical challenges, where Judoka can earn prizes for their goodie bags!
🥋Helpful Tips:
- Parking & Snacks: Ravenscraig can get busy on weekends, so please allow extra time for parking. There’s a café for hot drinks and snacks, but we suggest bringing any extras your child might need and ensuring they have a full water bottle.

This event is aimed at Judoka in the sampling stage that are looking to take their first (or even second) step out of the club environment. This festival is designed with the child’s stage in mind providing fun on and off-the-mat challenges to develop their judo. If you are unsure, it is suitable for you, please speak to your coach.
